What Muhammad (Sm) is created with? Light (Nur) or soil?

Question: What Muhammad (Sm) is created with? Light (Nur) or soil?
Questioner: Md: Abdul Malik & Md: Hanif, Vill: Norsingpur English, Post: Mirzapur, P/s: Shibgonj, Dist: Chapai Nawabgonj Country: Bangladesh

In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.
Dearest brother, I really appreciate your interesting question, which reflects your keenness in getting yourself well acquainted with the teachings of Islam. Therefore, we implore Allah to bless your efforts in pursuit of knowledge.

Yet, I would like to inform you that Muslims should not exaggerate in praising the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as some people consider him as light created with. Firstly we have to be informed of the meaning of Nur. Nur means light or brightness. This Nur is used in two different situations such as light of education. On the contrary, Angel is created with Nur or light. Lets know what Muhammad is created with.
I want to cite again that Muslim should not exaggerate in praising because our prophet (peace and blessings be upon) commanded Muslims to be moderate and never exaggerate in praising him, drawing their attention to the fact that being honored with prophethood didn’t take him out of the fold of human beings. About exaggeration in praising, He (sm) said, “it would be better to throw dust to face of the man who exaggerates in praising”(Muslim sharif, segment no:4, Hadith no:2297

Here, we would like to cite the following fatwa (lecture) issued by Sheikh M. S. Al-Munajjid, a prominent Saudi Islamic lecturer and author:
Having belief that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is not like the rest of humanity, and that he is light from the Light of Allah Himself is not a correct belief, because it contradicts the Qur’an, in which Allah stated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is human and explained what makes him different from the rest of mankind. He, Most High, says:(Say (O Muhammad): ‘I am only a man like you. It has been inspired to me that your God is One God (Allah). So whoever hopes for the Meeting with his Lord, let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord.)” (Al-Kahf 18: 110) Here Allah made clear that Muhammad is a man created with things what a human being is created.
Moreover, human creation is described in the following Qur'anic verses: “(O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him He created his wife (Eve), and from them both He created many men and women…)” (An-Nisaa’ 4: 1)

I can quote a Hadith about this, our prophet says, I am leader of human beings and I am first man for whose the earth will cleave and I am first recommendator whose recommendation will be granted. The above-mentioned say clearly that Muhammad (sm) is a man created with the things what a human being is created. (Abu Daud, segment no:5, Hadith no:4673)
Let be informed what a man or human being is created with. About this Allah says  (O mankind, if you are in doubt about the Resurrection, then verily! We have created you from dust, then from a nutfah (mixed drops of male and female sexual discharge)…)” then from a clot, then from a little lump of flesh shapely and shapeless, that we may make it clean for you.  (Al-Hajj 22: 5)

Allah again cite, “Created man from a clot” (Al-Alaque 96:2)
To create a man Allah use the water as Allah says, “Allah has created every animal of water” (An-Nur 24:45)
Allah says another “We created every animal of water” (Ambia 21:30)
We can see that man is created of water, dust and a clot. Then we can say that our favorite prophet is created with water, dust and clot but not with Nur or Light.

However, Allah called His Prophet “light” and a “lamp spreading light” because of the guidance and light with which Allah sent him, with which Allah guides all those who answer his call (peace and blessings be upon him) as He says:

(O Prophet! Verily, We have sent you as witness, and a bearer
of glad tidings, and a Warner – and as one who invites to Allah by His leave, and as a lamp spreading light.)” (Al-Ahzab 33: 45-46)

(Indeed, there has come to you a light (Prophet Muhammad) and a plain Book (the Qur’an)”.) (Al-Ma’idah 5: 15)

We generally consider the educated people as light of the universe but cant say that he is created with light. If we do, we will exaggerate in praising which our prophet did not like. May Allah give us light of knowledge and education, Amin.
